IPD Centre Development Inc ("IPD") is a Saskatchewan, Canada based and registered company focused on development of commercial and retail units (CRU) for sale to eligible businesses at our new IPD Centre. Our vision is to design and create leading edge premises for growth of small to medium (SME) sized commercial / retail units in the area.
We are developing in phases a total area of 5.6 acres (approximately 22,663 sq. m) site.By completion, it will comprise a total of 108 SME units along with an around12,000 sq. ft warehouse located at the IPD Centre.
