Phase 1 Description
We are now ready to accept advanced placement orders for the new units in Phase 1 available for occupancy in the fall (October) of 2019. Phase 1 will consist of one building of individually accessible units with a floor plan of 600 sq. ft each. Phase 1will have a total of 32 units for sale.

Qualification for SINP Entrepreneur Program:
●Under the current Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) Entrepreneur category, the location of IPD Centre qualifies as the "Rural Business Development" factor, therefore, 15 points will be granted in the points Grid.
●Also the purchase of the commercial unit for applicant's own use could also be counted up towards 50% of the applicant's total investment amount.
●Extra points could be awarded for the amount of investment exceeds $349,999.
Our experienced management team will also assist the clients to establish their businesses and after arrival work with our Clients to ensure all of SINP's requirements for investment and business establishment are met accordingly.
